An often neglected subject in High Content Biology is how to associate all the numerical data from a plate reading instrument (dependent variables) with the experimental manipulations that constitute a particular experiment (independent variables).
At Imagen Biotech, we have a unique solution to this problem in that we rapidly create complex Excel Workbooks which contain all the raw data from an experiment in its original plate format along with the same data associated with all the independent variables of the experiment.
This allows us to offer our customers a truly flexible service where the customer controls all aspects of plate layout from the number of doses used to the number of replicates on a plate. We can even change the layout in different experiments to control for any positioning artefacts.
Below we have produced a small workbook so you get an idea of how the data we generate will be returned to you. Unfortunately, you do not have have JavaScript activated on your browser so the buttons below that allow you to step through the workbook are not functional. As you step through the various assays in the left colomn, a different page of the workbook will be displayed underneath. The data in the workbook is an example of a dual phospho and Total EGFR assay.
