Unlike many of our competitors, we are absolute specialists and experts in High Content Analysis (HCA). We have many years experience in applying HCA to a wide variety of research and drug discovery questions. We support many different cell assays ranging from target confirmation and lead optimisation through to detailed phenotypic assays. In addition, our own innovative research aims to continually develop the state of the art so we can offer the industry unique HCA assays.

Expertise
We have worked on many different HCA assays developing both the staining protocols and also the algorithms which convert the images into numerical data. We routinely get assay windows of 7 - 10X (control vs treated) and we also have lots of experience dealing with the many different cell lines that are used in the industry. We employ robotics and plate washers to speed up the execution of larger screens. Our own special permeabilization method gives us very good antibody penetration resulting in strong clean fluorescence for many of our supported assays. We are especially attentive to our users' requirements and are happy to discuss your research needs and suggest the most suitable assays.

Absolute Flexibility
We give the customer complete control over experimental design. Whether you want to generate 12-point dose response curves in a single cell line or look at single doses in many cell lines, all designs are possible and our own carefully created pricing structure means we quickly generate quotes based on your various experimental layouts.

Scalability
We work from slides to 384 well plates to match your experimental requirements.
