All the data we generate are integrated in an Excel workbook, created by our own proprietary software, the PlateMaker Wizard, and analysed by us. Along with the raw data obtained from the experiment, the workbook contains a single flat data table which associates all the independent (treatment) variables with the experimental measurements. This makes it easy to import our work into any standard statistical package and to create pivot tables to slice the data into manageable chunks for visualisation.
We use our data analysis skills to create graphic visualisations of your High Content Screening experiment. Our dissection of the data is done using pivot tables which are also saved in your workbook. Below these tables are dynamic graphs which change depending on the filter settings of the pivot table with which you are working. To this basic package you can also add the following options:
| Exp Details | Graphs | Pivot Table 1 | Pivot Table 2 |
| Images | Plate Maps | Flat Data | pEGFR |
