High Content Analysis is a platform technology and as such supports many different cell biology assays. Anything that can be done with standard fluorescence microscopy can be converted to an HCA assay and Imagen Biotech supports a wide range of assay services. Our assays are derived from several sources and include antibodies from HCA kit specialists such as Thermofisher and Millipore plus our own assays developed using antibodies from many different suppliers including Cell Signalling technologies, Upstate and Abcam. Zebrafish Assay

With the help of a Northwest Development agency grant we are in the process of developing a whole host of Zebrafish assays. These assays will be useful for toxicity studies and to provide a rich animal based phenotypic signature for pre-clinical compounds.
